Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn),

  • With tags,

  • In its original packaging, including certificates where applicable,

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at office@draculatransylvania.com. If accepted, we will send you return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility, and returns must be properly packaged and insured for the value of the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Any damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from your refund. If original packaging is damaged, a $15 USD fee will be deducted.


EU Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders Only)

If you purchase online and reside in a jurisdiction that offers a cooling-off period (e.g., the EU), we honour your legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt.

To cancel under this law, email office@draculatransylvania.com with the subject: “Cancellation of Sale in Cooling-Off Period.”

  • You must return the item at your cost, unused, in original condition and packaging, with all certificates.

  • Custom and personalised items are not eligible for cancellation or refund under this law.

  • If we fail to deliver your online order within a reasonable time and no specific delivery date was agreed upon, you may also cancel under applicable law using the subject: “Cancellation of Sale for Non-Delivery.”


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made or personalised items (e.g., engraved jewellery or special orders like a silver item made in gold),

  • Sale items or gift cards.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at office@draculatransylvania.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Important Note on Duties and Taxes

Dracula Transylvania is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged on international shipments outside of Europe.
