Note: DraculaTransylvania.com does not store or collect any card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Netopia.
3. Payment Confirmation
After a successful transaction, you will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation of payment
- A confirmation email from DraculaTransylvania.com
- A receipt from Netopia Payments, confirming the payment was processed
Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
4. Failed or Declined Transactions
If your card is declined or the transaction fails:
- Ensure your card supports online payments and has sufficient funds
- Confirm that 3D Secure authentication is completed successfully
- Try again or contact your bank if the issue persists

5. Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund (as per our [Return & Refund Policy]), it will be issued back to the original card used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed via Netopia Payments and may take 5–14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
